Is it cultural appropriation to wear Lurxiama products if you’re not African or of African descent?
At Lurxiama, we believe culture is meant to be celebrated, not siloed. Our founder, Titi Ogunade, created the brand to share the vibrant beauty of her Nigerian heritage with the world. Every piece is a bold expression of African artistry, crafted for those who admire its richness and wear it with respect.

Do you allow returns and exchanges?
Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items that were not on clearance during the time of purchase if we receive them within 7 days after it was delivered to you.
Clearance items can only be returned for store credit.

How long will it take to process and deliver my order?
We process and ship all orders within 1 business day, excluding pre-orders.
standard international shipping outside Denmark typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your selected shipping method. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Do we have a pick up location?
You can walk in to pick your cloth and make payment in the store.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Denmark typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International delivery takes 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from Small to 4XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
Are your outfits ready-made or custom?
Most of our designs are ready-to-wear, but we also offer custom sizing for select pieces. If you’re interested in a custom fit, contact us before placing your order.
How do I care for my outfit?
To maintain quality, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing with mild detergent. Always follow the care label on your garment.
RETURN POLICY
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging
What does “unworn” mean?
You may try the item on for fit, but it must not be worn beyond this. Returns with stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, sweat), signs of washing, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return postage.
If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you must cover the return shipping costs.
False “Not as Described” Claims
If you claim an item is faulty, damaged, or ‘not as described’, we require:
Photographic or video evidence before approving a return.
A clear description of the issue.
If evidence is not provided, we may reject your claim.
Additionally, all returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If we determine that the claim is false, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item to you instead.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, we accept size exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers must keep their proof of postage and tracking number when returning items.
If a return goes missing in transit, we can only process a refund or exchange if the tracking confirms it was sent.
If the return tracking does not show delivery to us, customers must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue
