These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lurxiama

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on delivery method.
We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and update product information at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Denmark and internationally (where available).
Estimated delivery time:
2–5 business days
Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Forbrugeraftaleloven)

You have 7 days from receipt of goods to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via email before the deadline.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
We will cover return shipping for faulty products and send replacements at no extra cost.

7. Personal Data

We collect and process personal data (name, address, email, payment details) only to fulfill your order.
Your data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, caused by delays or defects.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.

In the instance that postnord tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at influxiama@gmail.com. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.

9. Uncollected Package Policy

If an order is delivered to a parcel shop and is not collected by the customer within the carrier’s stated deadline, the shipment will be automatically returned to Lurxiama.

In such cases, the customer is considered responsible for the failure to receive the goods.
Accordingly;

* The customer is liable for all return shipping costs charged by the carrier.

* These costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund once the returned parcel has been received and processed by Lurxiama.

* Refunds will only be issued for the value of the goods, minus the return fee, and only after the goods have been returned in unused and resellable condition.

Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute a valid cancellation or a free return under Danish consumer law. The return shipping fee is a direct expense incurred due to the customer’s non collection and must therefore be covered by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
